Customer: any natural person or legal entity who purchases a product from Bellona Essentials.
Products: all goods offered by Bellona Essentials, including health and wellness products.

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the website or webshop of Bellona Essentials.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Offers and prices
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Bellona Essentials reserves the right to change prices.
No rights can be derived from any errors on the website.

Article 4 – Order and agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order and this order has been confirmed by Bellona Essentials by e-mail.
Bellona Essentials reserves the right to refuse orders or to impose additional conditions.

Article 5 – Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Bellona Essentials aims to deliver within the stated period but cannot be held liable for delays.

Article 6 – Payment
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
The order will only be shipped once the payment has been made in full.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receipt, provided that the packaging is sealed and the product has not been used.
Hygienic products such as capsules cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

Article 8 – Warranty and liability
Bellona Essentials guarantees that the products comply with the description as stated on the website.
The information on the website is intended to support well-being and does not replace medical advice.
Bellona Essentials is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.

Article 9 – Complaints procedure
Complaints must be reported in writing or by e-mail within 7 days after discovery.
Bellona Essentials will handle the complaint as soon as possible and strive for an appropriate solution.

Article 10 – Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Bellona Essentials is established.
